Ask your MP for a meeting to discuss the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.

On the next page you will find a template email you can send to your MP to request a meeting to discuss the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.

On 17 July, the UK Government made a series of amendments to the Bill that, if implemented, will help strengthen protections for nature. To make sure this happens, we need to ask MPs to speak up in support of these amendments. You can learn more about the details here

Remember, you don’t need to be an expert, or to have done this before, to have a conversation with your MP. You can check out our online toolkit which includes helpful tips for having productive conversations with your MP. The community campaigns team are also at hand, please drop us an email with any questions and we can arrange an online meeting or phone call to discuss your MP meeting too. Contact us at [email protected]

RSPB will automatically be bcc’d into the email to your MP so that we can keep track of which MPs have been contacted, so what you say and your details will also be visible to our Community Campaigns team.
